He gave us prophecy for one reason. Jesus put is best when He predicted his betrayal:<\/p><p><em>John 13:19. I am telling you now before it happens, so that when it does happen you will believe that I am who I am.<\/em><\/p><p>Prophecies are to bring glory to God so that unbelievers may believe.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1732\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1732\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Ezekiel 38 & 39 War<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1732\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1732\"><p>We will post news stories of events related to military alliances or actions based on Ezekiel 38-39. These chapters prophecy about a leader (Gog) coming against Israel from the North. Gog leads an alliance of nations which&#8211;by their modern name&#8211;include the areas of Russia, Iran and Turkey, Morocco, Algeria, Libya, Sudan, and Ethiopia.<\/p><p>God will fight against this alliance so strongly that they will recognize His hand.<\/p><p>Interestingly Ezekiel 38:13 lists a couple of countries that sit back and accuse the alliance of merely wanting to rob Israel of her riches. He called them the &#8220;beginnings of sorrows&#8221; or &#8220;beginnings of birth pains,&#8221; depending on the translation you read. This king does everything the devil wants done. The king is most commonly known as the antichrist. Revelation 17 speaks of a collection of 10 kings who willingly give their power to the antichrist.<\/p><p>This site isn&#8217;t interested in guessing the identity of the antichrist, but we will post news stories that show that our society is being conditioned for his one-world government, or stories about any \u00a0collection of countries that could evolve into the ten kings. This includes stories about globalism or about technology that can be used to implement the strict rules of the beast system.<\/p><p><em>Rev 13:16-17: And the second beast <\/em>[commonly known as the false prophet]<em> required all people small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark\u2014the name of the beast or the number of its name.<\/em><\/p><p><em>Rev 17:12-13 The ten horns you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but will receive one hour of authority as kings, along with the beast <\/em>[the antichrist.]<em>These kings have one purpose: to yield their power and authority to the beast.<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1736\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"6\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1736\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Growing Evil<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1736\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"6\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1736\"><p>In his 2nd letter to Timothy (in chapter 3), Paul said that in the last days people &#8220;will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, without love of good, traitorous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power.
